Ginger Soul LAB — A World of Boundless Opportunities
At 14–18, a teenager chooses who they want to become — yet too often that choice is shaped not by them, but by the environment they grow up in. Many children grow up without parents; many gifted young people live in remote areas and small towns, with no example nearby to show how vast the opportunities for a capable teenager really are.
Ginger Soul LAB creates free media studios in schools — professional sound, lighting and cameras — a live space where any teenager, regardless of family income, gains equal access to technology and the absolute right to be heard. At its heart is the live YouTube show "Business in a Human Way", where teenagers become authors and hosts, leading open dialogue with successful entrepreneurs and market leaders.
Inside the studio they master shooting, editing, directing and the art of conversation — and grow their core soft skills: critical thinking, real listening, emotional maturity, team leadership. It gives them a calm, conscious confidence and opens a world with no borders for their talent.
Our goal by the end of 2026: to fully equip the first media studio in a partner school, so children can come after class and record episodes. Every contribution turns into real equipment — cameras, computers, lighting, microphones, tripods, studio headphones.
